In aid of the charity Housing for Women

I submitted a comic and co-edited a collaborative protest zine created initially as a reaction to the death of Sarah Everard in March 2021, and the police response to vigils in her honour. Sarah’s death became significant in highlighting not an isolated incident, but what can be an always-present undercurrent of concern for personal safety for women globally.

The zine allowed artists a platform to share individual responses, with a curated juxtaposition that thread themes of protest, personal stories, and hope, ultimately leaving the reader with a feeling inspired.

All donations made to download the comic went to Housing for Women, raising over £1,000 for the charity.
