No artistic or creative skills needed!

I already write in a gratitude journal using prompts, how is this different?

By curating art techniques and offering alternative ways to think about gratitude, the workshop enables a deeper self-reflection. This approach can bring about surprising insights as participants can respond to gratitude in a way that is more self-expressive than just the medium of writing alone.

Do I have to be artistic or creative to do a Gratitude workshop?

The creative techniques used in the Gratitude workshop are open to anyone, there is absolutely no need to have any ‘creative skill’. The techniques are used as a way to approach and access inner reflection the topic, rather than to produce ‘good’ art.

Praise for Laura

"Found the exercises great! Was surprised at how quickly I thought of what to draw, loved this session, will do these exercises again."

"During a particularly stressful time I joined a Gratitude workshop lead by Laura and found after following a series of short creative exercises, my perspective had shifted within the session. I felt more peaceful and had explored my own creativity, something I had not made time for in a long while."
